I have this question. I had three visits on my second visit I was charged an $11.00 fee for using my debit card. Why was I charged this fee on this particular visit?

All went smooth. Personnel were polite and professional. Car was ready earlier than promised. Thank you.

the service was unacceptable. I went to have my driver side rear view mirror replace due to it being damage. the damage mirror was snap together instead of replacing it with a new mirror. I was charged for a new mirror and painting that was never done. I was also charges twice for labor. after informing the service rep. of the blunder. The new mirror was put on, and also credited me with one of the labor charged that was listed twice on my bill. That was simply negligence by the service department. the job was not done according to the scope of the work order. the order was to replace not snap the damage mirror together and charged me for a new one. It see like there is no check and balance in the service department. The customer has to trust the dealership of service render.
