Service was good, but took 2 weeks to get the car

The service and sales staff are professional, kind, friendly and knowledgeable. I have always had a good relationship with the people at Beck Chevrolets.

Always able to schedule servicing to suit my needs and gets the work done quickly. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

i went in for an oil change, sat i waiting room for a longer wait than expected, ( it didn’t look like shop was busy at all) i finally went to check at desk, original had gone home, second did NOT notify me that car was ready until i went to check! ( oh yeah, your car is outside! thank you very much

They had my car for 3 days. I didn't do anything but just give me the diagnosis. Then, charge me two hundred and fifty dollars for something that I already told them. I knew what was wrong with the car. I didn't need to be told and to fix the trunk it would cost 6k . They didn't put the car back together. Pieces were all over the floor of the car truck didn't close properly because it was a mess. The worst experience ever there are blood sucking money hungry
